State and Local Government Review: State and Local Government Review is jointly sponsored by the Carl Vinson Institute of Government and the Section on Intergovernmental Administration and Management (SIAM) of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). SIAM is the section of ASPA dedicated to state and local as well as intergovernmental teaching and research.
